- Most technicians earn $19–$21/hr within their first year based on performance.

🕒 Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift only (approx. 8:00 AM–5:30 PM)
- No nights
- No weekends
- Dispatch directly from home
- Consistent weekday schedule with repeat clients — no last-minute changes.

🧼 What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes using structured systems
- Follow detailed cleaning standards
- Build trust and relationships with repeat clients
- Work independently or in small teams
- Document work and maintain professional communication
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results
This is active, physical work. You’ll be moving, bending, lifting, and on your feet throughout the day.
🧭 Typical Day
• Dispatch from home
• Clean 2–3 homes per day
• Work independently or with a teammate
• Finish between 4:30–5:30 PM
